There was lots of news coming from Ford at the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show, with a world debut for the new Puma compact crossover, which will be positioned between the EcoSport and Kuga, as well as the European debut of the third generation Kuga (named Escape elsewhere) and the European launch of the Explorer. The new Kuga now comes with Ford's new 1.5 three-cylinder EcoBoost petrol engine, 1.5 and 2.0 EcoBlue diesel engines as well as a 2.5 Hybrid and 2.5 Plug-in Hybrid. The Plug-in Hybrid has system power of 225 PS from its petrol engine and 14.4 kWh lithium-ion battery.
