ペネロピ・ライヴリー（Penelope Lively FRSL, 1933年3月17日– ）は、イギリス人小説家である。

1933年、エジプトカイロで生まれた。

12歳からイギリスに移り、en:St Anne's College, Oxfordで現代史を学んだ。1973年にカーネギー賞、1987年にブッカー賞を受賞した。

1989年と2001年に大英帝国勲章を受勲した。
