サイクリンB2(英: cyclin B2)は、ヒトではCCNB2遺伝子にコードされるタンパク質である。
機能
[編集]サイクリンB2はサイクリンファミリーのメンバー、より具体的にはB型サイクリンである。B型サイクリンであるB1、B2はp34(CDK1)と結合し、細胞周期調節装置の必要不可欠な構成要素である。B1とB2は細胞内局在が異なる。サイクリンB1は微小管と共局在するのに対し、サイクリンB2はゴルジ体領域に結合している。サイクリンB2はTGFBR2と結合するため、TGF-βを介した細胞周期の制御に重要な役割を果たしている可能性がある[5]。
相互作用
[編集]サイクリンB2はTGFBR2と相互作用することが示されている[6]。
