概要
| 解説 |
English: The chart for number of disciplinary charges against delinquency attornies in 2000-2009 in Japan, and the amount of the dicipline by The Dicipline Commitee of JFBA(Japan Federation of Bar Associations). The fact is that it is extremely rare that attorneys got disciplined from the Dicipline Commitee. (The number in the chart are the amount of the charges. Regardless of the number of charges, the average rate of dicipline by the Commitee, is less than 3 percent. There were several cases exist that the Discipnary Commitee have accused of violation of human rights by the complainants). Before this Committie was established, for example when the Lawyer's Law was enacted in 1893, the Disciplinary Court was summoned against delinquency attornies.
