Not mailed. The publisher's address has a Boston zone number, not a Zip Code. Zip Codes started being used circa 1963. These chrome postcard started replacing the older style linen ones in popularity starting in the late 1940s. Monroe began modeling circa late 1940s, doing various things like calendar photos. The photo was taken before she became a major star.
The card has no copyright marks on it as can be seen at the links.
