English: City Hall in San Luis, Argentina. Designed by Italian architect Salvatore Mirate (1862-1916) as the local branch of the National Bank of Argentina, the building was completed in 1909 and repurposed for use as the city hall in 1954. [1]

Argentina has no "freedom of panorama" provision in its copyright law. At least some think there is de facto freedom of panorama in Argentina regarding buildings:
