The Rosette Nebula (also known as NGC 2237) is a large, circular H II region located near one end of a giant molecular cloud in the Monoceros constellation. Guiding was done manually using a guidescope. The photo was taken using the following equipement:
Telescope: Vixen 130mm (5,1") f/5,5 Newton on a Super Polaris mount
Film: Kodak Multispeed / PJM-2
Exposure: 20 min.
Processing: Removing of Vignetting (Radial Gradient), Removing of Uneven background due to light leak (linear Gradient)
