The first phase of the (never finished) construction of the Warsaw Metro. The first two lines were designed in 1927, the construction started in 1938, but had to be abandoned due to World War II. The lines are Line A (N-S, marked with red) and Line B (E-W, marked with blue). Other lines featured are the WKD suburban train (narrow red line) and main railroad lines (B&W) Names of the stations are mostly geographical as exact naming was not decided.
