イボン・ライディン

イボン・ライディン（Yvonne Rydin）はイギリスの都市計画研究者。ユニバーシティ・カレッジ・ロンドン（UCL）バートレット・プランニング学部教授。

ケンブリッジ大学卒業後、ロンドン・スクール・オブ・エコノミクスの地理・環境学部で博士号を取得。その後、同校にて講師、上級講師、教授として勤務し、2004年にUCLのバートレット・プランニング学部に教授として移った。

イギリスの環境と都市計画の最高権威の一人であり、イギリス政府の建築、都市デザイン、公共スペースに関する諮問機関であるCommission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE) Enabling Panelのメンバーである。ライディンには非常に優れた著作が多くあり、日本の環境と都市計画に関する授業でも用いられることが多々ある。
