ウガンダ

ウガンダとトルコの関係は、ウガンダとトルコの二国間の外交関係である。 トルコは、カンパラに大使館を置いている。ウガンダは、アンカラに大使館を置いてる。[1]

国交

トルコはウガンダと重要な関係はなかったが、多くのトルコ企業が特にアミン時代にウガンダと取引を行っていた。

1960年代、トルコ、イスラエル、ウガンダは経済と軍事面で協力した。しかし、1960年代後半、オボテ大統領はスーダンとの関係を強化した。 イスラエルによるアミンの支援がオボテ政権の打倒につながった後も、協力は続いた。[2] イディ・アミン大統領はイスラエルとの友好関係を 迅速に回復した。[2]

ほとんどの場合、トルコ政府は目立たないようにし、ウガンダ国内の政治問題や経済支援への関与を避けた。1973年にウガンダがイギリスと断交した後、ウガンダの人権侵害により関係が緊張した。[2]

米国議会がウガンダとのすべての貿易を停止するという決定を下した後、トルコもそれに続いた。1979年のイディ アミン政権打倒後、トルコは緊急救援の提供で米国に加わり、[3]これは第2次オボテ政権まで続いた。

経済関係

2018年の両国間の貿易額は4,000万ドルだった。[1]
