コプロポルフィリノーゲンオキシダーゼ(coproporphyrinogen oxidase)は、ヒトのCPOX遺伝子にコードされている酵素である[1][2][3]。この酵素はポルフィリン代謝の6番目の反応に関与し、コプロポルフィリノーゲンIIIをプロトポルフィリノーゲンIXに変換する。
