ジョサイア・ジョシー・ウェルズ（Josiah "Jossi" Wells、1990年5月18日 - ）は、ニュージーランド出身のフリースキーヤー。
Winter X Gamesのスロープスタイル種目で3つのシルバーメダルと1つのブロンズメダルを獲得。
ソチオリンピックのスキースロープスタイル＆ハーフパイプ種目にニュージーランド代表として出場。ハーフパイプでは4位入賞。[1]
4兄弟の長男であり、弟の Byron、Beau-JamesそしてJacksonもフリースタイルスキヤーとして活躍している。
ジョシー・ウェルズとも表記。
生い立ち
[編集]ニュージーランドの南島、オタゴ地方にあるワナカ出身。ワカナでは冬季にスキー、スノーボードを楽しむ旅行者で賑わいを見せる。
初めてスキーをしたのは2歳の頃。15歳までレーシングスキーのトレーニングも行っていた。9歳の頃には雪上でヘリコプターができていた。
冬はコロラド州ブリッケンジで滑ることが多い。
成績
[編集]2014年にソチで開催されたソチオリンピックではニュージーランド代表としてハーフパイプとスロープスタイルに出場。ハーフパイプでは5位で予選通過、決勝では4位入賞。
