チロシン N-モノオキシゲナーゼ(tyrosine N-monooxygenase)は、シアノアミノ酸代謝酵素の一つで、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。
- (1a) L-チロシン + O2 + NADPH + H+ N-ヒドロキシ-L-チロシン + NADP+ + H2O
- (1b) N-ヒドロキシ-L-チロシン + O2 + NADPH + H+ N,N-ジヒドロキシ-L-チロシン + NADP+ + H2O
- (1c) N,N-ジヒドロキシ-L-チロシン (Z)-[4-ヒドロキシフェニルアセトアルデヒドオキシム] + CO2 + H2O
組織名はL-tyrosine,NADPH:oxygen oxidoreductase (N-hydroxylating)で、別名にtyrosine N-hydroxylase、CYP79A1がある。
