Number of regions

According to the constitution of 1993 Russia consisted of 89 entities, currently Russia, consists of 83 entities. I don't know what the number "85" is supposed to mean, but it's obviously wrong. Hellerick 2009年4月1日 (水) 11:37 (UTC)
