とあるので、Bouncing Ballというのはゲームではなくディスプレイハックではないかと思うのですが。

で、en:OXOというコンピュータゲームが1952年に作られ、恐らくこれが最初のコンピュータゲームと思われます。
さらにこの記事の中には
＞However, there is patent dating from 1947–1948 that describes a missile simulation game utilising a cathode ray tube.
という記述もあります。
