外来語、和製英語、Wikipedia:外来語表記法をご覧ください。これを読んで理解できないようでしたら、wikipediaの日本語版の執筆に携わらない方が賢明です。とりあえず、Staff＝English word, but スタッフ=Japanese word (Loanword). 部員 is not an appropriate translation, and we don't have an appropriate translation. Japanese uses many languages(English, German, French etc.), and it is natural that we use. Because it is Japanese cultural tradition. Not only language but also food, clothes, etc. キャストやスタッフ are Japanize.In American uses tsunami, teriyaki, hentai, bukkake. (catachresis Hentai=an X-rated anime,　変態（へんたい）＝abnormality, perversion, dirty-minded.) Why they don't use English? There is no difference. Ah...And Japanese likes foreing languages. We think it new and cool. So, we are always eager to use.
