Template:'''Eriko Takeda''' is an actress of Japanese origin.
She enrolled in American mass communication, especially cinematography at University of Sacred Heart in Tokyo, where she completed her bachelor's degree. When she was a sophomore, she started studying acting methods. After a chance meeting with producer Gilles Sandoz at the French Film Festival in Yokohama and following his advice, she decided to move to France and explore work as an actress.
Since 2006, she has performed in several TV series' including the successful Vénus et Apollon as well as acting roles in short films.
In 2010 she appeared in the Jean-Pierre Mocky film 'Crédit pour tous, acting alongside Dominique Pinon, Refus and Arielle Dombasle.
More recently she had the opportunity to share a leading role with Gérard Depardieu in the film Grenouille d'hiver. And, she won the Best Actress Award at Flyway Film Festival in Wisconsin, USA, and the Best Supporting Actress Award at [[Monaco Angel Film Awards.
