Tasks
- move authority control information (Template:Normdaten) to wikidata and replace the template with a blank {{Normdaten}} (see en:Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval/KasparBot)
- add {{Normdaten}} to pages with authority control information on wikidata but without a local template transclusion on jawiki (see en:Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval/KasparBot 2)
