北 寿郎（きた としろう、1952年生まれ）は日本の工学者、経営学者。

略歴・人物

愛知県名古屋市出身。

私立東海中学・東海高等学校を経て1974年名古屋大学工学部機械工学科、1976年同大学大学院工学研究科機械工学専攻を修了。工学博士（名古屋大学）

専門はトライボロジ、自然言語（工学分野）、イノベーションマネジメント（経営学分野）。

1976年、日本電信電話公社（現在の日本電信電話株式会社）入社。以降、研究開発、事業開発およびそのマネジメントに従事。2000年、NTTコミュニケーションズに移籍し、住民基本台帳ネットワークシステムいわゆる住基ネットの構築プロジェクトの指揮を執る。

2004年より同志社大学大学院ビジネス研究科教授。専門分野は、イノベーションマネジメント。技術だけでなく企業文化、リーダーシップ、組織・制度、人材開発等の様々な視点から企業のイノベーションのあり方や課題を分析している。教育・研究の傍ら、通信系企業の社外取締役、プロジェクトマネジメント学会関西支部長、ビジネスモデル学会理事等を務めてきた。

2022年3月同志社大学を退官。同年4月同志社大学名誉教授。
