梅澤彰馬

梅澤 彰馬（うめざわ あきま）は、日本の外交官。元ドバイ総領事。

来歴

1991年東京大学大学院農学系研究科修了、農学博士。同年外務省入省。英国リーズ大学で1995年に国際関係論修士号、1996年に情報管理学修士号を取得。2011年に外務省漁業室長、2013年に内閣官房海洋政策本部参事官、2015年に日中韓三国協力事務局次長に就任。2017年から、在ドバイ日本国総領事。

2014年から2015年、APEC Project Overseer and Moderator (APEC Project: Workshop on the Climate Impact on the Oceans and Fisheries Resources)。2013年、Advisor, Representative of the Government of Japan, International Court of Justice (ICJ), the case concerning Whaling in the Antarctic (Australia v. Japan)。2012年、ミナミマグロ保存国際委員会議長。2003年から2005年、Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia (ReCAAP)協定の交渉議長。1989年から1990年、日本学術振興会特別研究員。

2017年、日中韓三国協力事務局次長離任の際に、Plaque of Appreciation, presented by Kang Kyng-wha, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Korea, August 25, 2017, No. 12336.を授与。
