preQ1シンターゼ(preQ1 synthase)は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。
- 7-アミノメチル-7-カルバグアニン + 2 NADP+ 7-シアノ-7-カルバグアニン + 2 NADPH
反応式の通り、この酵素の基質は7-アミノメチル-7-カルバグアニンとNADP+、生成物は7-シアノ-7-カルバグアニンとNADPHである。
組織名は7-aminomethyl-7-carbaguanine:NADP+ oxidoreductaseで、別名にYkvM、QueF、preQ0 reductase、preQ0 oxidoreductase、7-cyano-7-deazaguanine reductase、7-aminomethyl-7-carbaguanine:NADP+ oxidoreductase、queuine synthase (incorrect as queuine is not the product)、queuine:NADP+ oxidoreductase (incorrect as queuine is not the product)がある。
