映画[編集]

同社のモデルは、少ない予算で映画を制作し、監督に創造的な自由を与え、スタジオのシステムを通じて広く公開することにある[21]。ブラムハウスの低予算モデルは、2007年に『パラノーマル・アクティビティ』から始まった。『パラノーマル・アクティビティ』は15,000ドルで製作され、世界中で1億9,300万ドル以上の収益を上げた[22]。さらに、150万ドルの予算で製作され全世界で9,900万ドル以上の収益を上げた『インシディアス』[23]や300万ドルの予算から全世界で8,700万ドル以上の収益を上げた『フッテージ』を生み出した[24]。

2010年、ホーンテッドムービー/Haunted Moviesが、『インシディアス』や『THE RIVER 呪いの川』、『ザ・ベイ』、『ロード・オブ・セイラム』を公開したブラムハウスの一部門として設立された。

2011年、ユニバーサル・ピクチャーズと契約を結んだ[25]。

2014年、同社はユニバーサル・ピクチャーズとのファーストルック契約に署名した[26]。同年9月9日、ブラムハウスが立ち上げたBH Tiltは、Blumhouseや他の映画製作者たちがマルチプラットフォームリリース用の映画制作することに専念[27]。

2017年9月7日、ブラムハウスは配給会社Neonと提携してBH Tiltを管理することにした[28]。BH Tiltがリリースした映画は、『グリーン・インフェルノ』[29]や『ダークネス』[30]、『ドクター・エクソシスト』[31]、『The Resurrection of Gavin Stone』[32]、『サラリーマン バトル・ロワイアル/The Belko Experiment』[33]、『インフィニット』、『Lowriders』、『Birth of the Dragon』、『アップグレード』、『アンフレンデッド：ダークウェブ』[34]、『ドント・レット・ゴー -過去からの叫び-』[35]。

2018年、『Spooky Jack』は、公開予定の映画として発表された[36][37]。同年12月、Silicon Valley Business Journalは、ブラムハウスがNetflixの広報責任者であるKaren Barraganを雇い、「テレビとストリーミングに、より積極的に取り組んでいる」と報じた。以前にも、Amazonスタジオと8本の映画製作の契約を結んでいた [38]。

2019年6月、マテル・フィルムズと提携し、同名の子供のおもちゃをベースにした『Magic 8-Ball』を制作すると発表[39]。

テレビ、本、ポッドキャスト、お化け屋敷[編集]

2012年、ロサンゼルスのダウンタウンにインタラクティブなお化け屋敷体験ができるBlumhouse of Horrorsをオープン[40]。ブラムハウスはまた、ハロウィーン・ホラー・ナイトと協力して、『インシディアス』や『パージ』、『ハッピー・デス・デイ』、『フッテージ』、『トゥルース・オア・デア ～殺人ゲーム～』、『アンフレンデッド』などの映画をモチーフとした迷路やテラー・トラム、恐怖ゾーンを建てた。

2014年11月11日、同社は、映画製作者と作家にオリジナルのホラーとスリラーの小説を書かせることに専念するBlumhouse Booksを立ち上げた[41]。

テレビに関しては、ライオンズゲートとファーストルック契約を結び、同社はSyfy向けのミニシリーズ『Stranded』を制作し、エグゼクティブはABC向けの『THE RIVER 呪いの川』をアンブリン・テレビジョンと共同で制作した[42][43]。ユニバーサル・テレビジョンとファーストルック契約を結び、2018年に『The Purge』のフランチャイズに基づいたテレビシリーズをリリース。

2017年4月4日、ブラムハウスは、ITV Studiosが45％の株式を引き受ける独立系テレビスタジオの立ち上げを発表した。この投資により、Blumhouse Televisionは独立したテレビスタジオになり、世界中の視聴者向けにオリジナルの台本付き、および台本なしの「ダーク」ジャンルの番組に資金を提供し、制作することで成長を続けてきた[44]。子会社を通じて、映画スタジオ自体は、アンソロジーの『Welcome to the Blumhouse』シリーズの数回分を制作し、公開した。

現在、ジャック・デイビスとイーライ・ロスのデジタルネットワーク"Crypt TV"（ソーシャルメディアを通じてホラー短篇やその他のコンテンツをリリースしている）を援助している[45]。

2016年5月11日、Rob Galluzzoやエルリック・ケイン、レベッカ・マッケンドリー、ライアン・タークらをホストに迎えるポッドキャスト"Shock Waves"を立ち上げた[46][47]。

2018年1月16日、ミック・ギャリスのホラーポッドキャスト"Post Mortem"がブラムハウスのポッドキャストネットワークに参加することが発表された[48]。
